The difference between A 10 cent Jane and a 10-4 is that A 10 cent Jane is A cheap alcoholic slut / and or crack head that will do just about anything for a drink/drugs while a 10-4 is when the appearance of someone, usually the opposite sex, seems to be, on a scale from one to ten, a ten from far away, but when approaching the person you unfortunately realize they are merely a four. You may experience the feeling of disappointment .
